Staying Well in a Diseased World

Do not underestimate the power of a good morning routine. Something that helps ground, calm and relax you in the midst of chaos, confusion and instability.

Even if I shouted at the TV all night the night before, I’m getting up and getting in my garden the next morning. It recharges and re-balances me, preparing me to face whatever lies ahead with a little more confidence and a little more strength.

I wish that for everyone. Always, but especially now. I implore you to holdfast to whatever keeps you well in a diseased world.
